We try to be as fair as possible , so unlike other estate agents in Spain we do not ask for sole agency. Our fees are 5% of the sale price plus iva , however as a special offer to celebrate our new website if you advertise your property now you will only be charged 3% plus iva ( offer valid on properties advertised before 1/9/21 )

We have a no sale no fee policy so if we do not sell your property you do not pay us a penny.

Your property will be sent to 1000s of other agents and advertised on various property portals in many countries including Spain, UK, Belgium, France, Germany the Netherlands and may more.

We have enquiries all the time so therefore if you fill in the form below we can mention your property straight away. We shall then contact you to arrange to come and take photos and put a “For Sale sign on your property . We find having a sign makes a massive difference.
